If you are considering a simple bankruptcy or non-contested divorce, compare these prices (before paying too much for preprinted legal documents without the valuable support of an experienced attorney.) Simple, Non-Contested Divorce	$475.00	$900 (You pay only $425 more for BOTH document preparation and legal services combined (usually for the life of the action)
Bankruptcy Chapter 13	$475.00+	$390 down - any balance is paid from the bankruptcy plan (You pay about $100 less (out-of-pocket) for BOTH for document preparation creditor listing assistance and legal services). This includes legal representation at your hearing, counseling and court costs. (any remaining balance is paid through the plan)
Bankruptcy Chapter 7	$475.00+	$650 Individual (Joint Filing - $750) (You pay only $175 more for BOTH document preparation and legal services). This includes legal representation and counseling.
NOTE: Except for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy - Filing and Court Fees are usually extra
